Over the last 14 years, heroin use has increased nearly 70% and heroin-related deaths have quadrupled. Heroin use and overdoses have risen across nearly every demographic—no matter what the gender, age, or income level.
The For Jake Sake Foundation helps young adults who are struggling with heroin and opioid addiction. Our mission is to have heroin/opioid prevention and awareness as standardized education nationwide, and provide education and awareness for families and communities. We focus on positive and functional solutions that empower the individual and transform lives.
