The For Jake Sake Foundation helps young adults who are struggling with heroin and opiod addiction. Our mission is to to have herion/opiod prevention and awareness as standardized education nationwide, provide scholarships to recovering young addicts looking to make a fresh start, and provide education and awareness for families and communities.
